How to Set Up IPTV on Firestick (2026 Step-by-Step)

How do I put IPTV on a Firestick?

Install the free Downloader app from the Amazon Appstore, allow it to install unknown apps in Developer options, then open Downloader and enter code 7362822 to install Axon Player. Open the app and type your login. It takes about five minutes on any Fire TV stick that runs Fire OS.

Check your model first. Fire TV Stick 4K Select and the newest Fire TV Stick HD run Vega OS, which cannot install apps from outside the Amazon Appstore. The Fire TV Stick 4K and 4K Max (2nd generation) run Fire OS and work with this guide. Find yours in Settings › My Fire TV › About.

What you need

• A Fire TV stick or Fire TV with Fire OS

Step 1: Install Downloader

1. On the home screen, select Find (the magnifying glass).
2. Type “Downloader” and select the app by AFTVnews.
3. Select Get or Download.

Step 2: Allow unknown apps

1. Go to Settings › My Fire TV.
2. If you do not see Developer options: open About, highlight your device name and press the select button 7 times until it says you are a developer.
3. Open Developer options › Install unknown apps and turn on Downloader.

Step 3: Install Axon Player with code 7362822

1. Open Downloader and allow access if asked.
2. In the URL box, enter 7362822 and select Go.
3. When the installer opens, select Install, then Done.
4. Back in Downloader, delete the installer file to free space.

Step 4: Sign in and watch

1. Open Axon Player from Your Apps & Channels.
2. Choose Xtream Codes and type the server, username and password we sent you.
3. Wait for the channels and guide to load, then pick a channel.

Fixes for common problems

• Downloader says the code is invalid: check your internet connection and enter the digits again.
• “Install blocked”: go back to Developer options and turn on Install unknown apps for Downloader.
• Buffering: restart the stick, move the router closer or use an Ethernet adapter, and close other apps.
• Stick runs hot or slow: plug it into its own power adapter, not the TV’s USB port.
